Do you really know how much gas we spend globally in one average day? Well, the answer is just beyond imagination because today we are very much dependent on our cars and vehicles to move us from one place to another. The increasing oil prices are looting us of our savings and people today are furious about why they don't have anything to save even though they work hard all day long. The answer lies in our questions and in the kind of lifestyle we live. Majority of the people prefer to use their vehicles when they need to reach some destination and therefore we end up spending a lot of money on fuel.

This is more frequent in developing nations like United States. In one of the recent surveys it was found that United States ranks number one when it comes to number of cars per thousand people. The survey tells us that United States tops the chart with more than 650 cars per thousand people. This means that more and more people in the United States buy cars or have cars that they use for their daily commute. This also indicates that America is the largest oil consumer in the world.

However, this trend can only lead to destruction of American economy and therefore innovators have to think out of the box and come up with different plans that can help people to retain their lifestyle but bring down the cost of fuels and even bring down the environmental problems that are happening due to over usage of fossil fuels. Biodiesel fuel is considered as an alternative energy that can definitely make some changes to the economy and to the environment. The fuel is made from the combination of alcohol and soybeans oil. Hence, it is completely natural and it does not have any harmful chemicals that can get into the atmosphere.

Many innovators have already proved that this fuel can bring down the demand for fossil fuels because biodiesel fuel can be produce in factories and it can be supplied as demand for it is available. Since it is derived from soybeans and other natural plants there is no end to it so it is available in unlimited quantities. The concept of biodiesel fuel is definitely greener than the regular gasoline which creates a lot of environmental problems.

The most surprising factor about biodiesel fuel is that it can be converted into fuel from waste and recycled materials. This is really interesting because not only the Americans but people all over the globe have paid less attention to how waste materials can be recycled and used all over again rather than dumping it. All the waste from restaurants, hotels, aircrafts, business offices and even homes can be collected and converted into biodiesel fuel which can be used for driving vehicles. Large delivery trucks and aircrafts and ships that require tons of fuel can depend directly on biodiesel fuel rather than using gasoline and it can bring down America's dependence on conventional energy.
